Special Events Catering was established in 1994. The Special Events team has been recognized for providing exceptional cuisines and extraordinary service to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Special Events specializes in daily corporate catering, weddings, and private and special events. Kathy Revak – Catering Manager
Kathy has managed numerous hotels and catering facilities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Dallas/Forth Worth areas. She has received extensive training in food safety and event planning.
Eric Missling – Chef
Eric has been in the catering and restaurant industry for 15+ years and graduated with a culinary degree from SCTC in Mankato in 1993.
Byron Korus – CEO, Owner
Byron has worked as a Hotel Executive Chef throughout the United States. Byron also has a Doctorate Degree from Hamline University and teaches culinary at School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institutes International, Minnesota. He is also a certified executive chef, a certified culinary instructor and a member of the culinary honor society of the American Academy of Chef and the Chaine Des Rotisseures.
