General Policies

There is a 19% service charge applied to all functions with service staff.
There is a 17% service charge applied to delivery functions and an appropriate delivery charge.
Functions with service staff require a $125.00 charge per Service Attendant and/or Chef that work the event.

One attendant is needed for every 35 to 40 people with a Buffet Style Function. One service attendant is needed for every 20 to 30 people for a Sit-down Style Function. Two service personnel are required for every function requiring service under 100 guests. Service charges apply to the total of the food and beverage only. State and local sales taxes are applied to the total bill.

A small group fee of $50.00 applies to any group of 30 or less. A non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required to confirm your event date and time.  Contact our sales staff for wedding deposit details. Please contact us, should you have any questions and thank you for your interest.
